A tough, anti slip plywood, suitable for a wide range of applications. This phenolic birch plywood is easily worked, can be CNC machined, and with good chemical and weather resistance, Buffalo® Board is the ideal choice for commercial vehicle flooring.
Standard colour:- Dark Brown
Edges are sealed with acrylic resin paint.
It is most commonly used as flooring in trailers, trucks, vans or horse boxes, decking for narrow boats or planks for scaffold towers but has many other uses.

Suitable for use in lorry decks, access platforms, walkways, stages. grandstands and play equipment. Buffalo Board is manufactured in Europe from 1.4mm birch veneers. Bonded with a tough, thermosetting phenolic resin which conforms to EN314-2: Class 3 for bonding (equivalent to the old WBP) and also meets EN13986. The birch baseboard is overlaid with a 220g/m2 dark brown phenolic film with a (slip resistant) large wire-mesh pattern to the face and a smooth phenolic film reverse – with the Buffalo logo on it.
