WEL Building Supplies delivers a range of your everyday building materials as far as across the home counties. We are however mainly focused on delivering in and around London. Orders are processed the same day if placed before 3pm on a working day. If an order is placed after 3pm, it will be processed on the following working day.
Standard Delivery
Upon placing an order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. We usually despatch within 2-3 working days. We deliver Monday – Friday.
*We can deliver on weekends by request but this is subject to an additional charge. Please contact our sales team on 01923 264 880 before placing your order.
Next Day Delivery
If you specifically require next day delivery an order must be placed before 12pm. You are required to contact our sales team prior to placing the order, to confirm availability of delivery slot.
*An extra charge may apply.
Important Notes
– Please note that all large items are delivered kerbside unless by prior arrangement.
– Smaller items may be sent by parcel courier to keep our charges to you as low as possible where we consider it appropriate.
– Please do not arrange for tradesmen to begin work before materials have arrived. W.E.L Building Supplies will not be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date.
– There must be someone present to sign for the delivery (unless by prior arrangement). A charge may be made if we have to redeliver.
– WEL Building Supplies may not be held liable for any failure to deliver by any stated time or date or any consequential loss resulting from late deliveries.
Customer Support
Should we be unable to fulfill a delivery we aim to advise you with the first 24 hours of placing the order. This will be done by email or telephone. We will offer a refund or solution.
Collection By Customer
If you wish to collect your order on site in from our depo, please call 01923 264 880 our sales office before placing an order.
*In some cases we can also offer collection points across the UK.
