If you want a subfloor that goes down quickly, locks tight, and stays stable, Caberfloor P5 TG4 is one of the UK’s go-to choices. These high-performance, moisture-resistant (P5) structural chipboard panels are made for domestic floors and many commercial fit-outs, giving you a solid, level base for floor finishes.

The TG4 (tongue & groove on all four edges) profile helps boards interlock neatly, supporting clean lines, strong joints, and efficient fixing. Each board is 2400 × 600mm, covering 1.44m², making take-offs simple and reducing time on site.

For best results (and to help prevent the dreaded creaks), West Fraser recommend installing with CaberFix Joint & Joist adhesive to achieve a quieter floor build-up.
