1) Do you deliver to Watford and nearby towns?

2) Can you deliver within about 30 miles of Watford?

3) How fast is delivery and what are the cut‑off times?

5) Can I collect my order instead of delivery?

6) Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We can deliver at weekends by request. Weekend deliveries are subject to availability and an additional charge. Contact our sales team before ordering to arrange a slot. Delivery Info

7) What happens if access is tight on site?

Large items are delivered kerbside unless agreed otherwise. Make sure someone is on site to accept and sign for the delivery. If a redelivery is required, a charge may apply. Delivery Info

8) What timber and sheet materials do you stock?

We carry C24 structural carcassing timber, planed softwood, roofing battens, plywood ranges including marine, birch and phenolic, MDF, OSB, chipboard and more. Many lines are held in depth for immediate delivery or collection. Timber & Sheet Materials

9) Do you supply aggregates, blocks and cement?

Yes. We stock British Standard aggregates, sands, ballast, topsoil, concrete blocks, cements, plaster and insulation. You can order online for local or London delivery. Building Materials

10) Do you stock specialist phenolic boards like Buffalo Board?

11) Are your timber and sheet materials responsibly sourced?

12) Can you source items that are not listed online?

13) Do you offer trade accounts for builders?

15) Do your prices include VAT?

Website prices show product cost before VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at checkout in line with UK rules. See Terms and your basket for the VAT breakdown.

Ordering and customer support

16) How do I place an order?

Order online 24 hours a day or phone our team during opening hours. We will confirm delivery arrangements after checkout, or you can choose collection from our Kings Langley depot. Contact Us

17) What are your opening hours?

Shop counter: Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. The website is open for orders 24 hours a day. Contact Us

18) Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If your order has not been despatched, we will do our best to help. Phone the sales team with your order number and we can check status and options. Contact Us

19) What is your returns policy?

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, notify us within three working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For items no longer required, returns are accepted within 10 days subject to a restocking charge. Full details and steps are outlined on our Returns and Refunds page.

20) Will I receive an invoice and proof of delivery?

21) Do you offer same‑day delivery?
