Supreme Concrete Pre-stressed Lintel is designed to support structural loadings above openings in internal and external masonry walls. Supreme lintels come in a range of lengths, profiles and performance levels to suit typical residential and commercial building designs. Offering assured strength and value for money, the pre-stressed lintel ranges are designed to meet standard and exceptional loading requirements with fire resistance ranging from 30 – 120mins. Used in conjunction with Supreme Padstones they provide quick and reliable support under site conditions.

Featuring the Supreme superior concrete technology – both precast and prestressed lintels are manufactured with a textured finish. A range of complementary Padstones is available to provide the perfect support for your Supreme lintels.
Manufactured in accordance with EN 845-2:2013.
Loading Guide: The loads on the lintels are assessed in accordance with the method described in Eurocode 2 EN 1992-1-1-:2004, EN 1990, EN 1991-1-1.
Installation:
- The lintel should be installed with a minimum end bearing of 150mm.
- Ensure the lintel is used in its correct orientation and is fully bedded in a level position on mortar across its length and width.
- The masonry below the lintel should be built in accordance with EN 1996-1-1.
- Where required in external walls a flexible damp proof course or cavity tray shall be installed in accordance with current building regulations.
- If required rendering of the lintel is not deemed to be detrimental to its performance.
